We are a small applied AI studio in San Francisco. We build one system at a time for one client at a time and hand it over when it runs.
How we work
Remote, with a base in San Francisco. A core team builds and specialists join for the engagements that need them. Every engagement is contracted on its own and paid on the same milestones as the client: signature, prototype, handover. You see the scope, the success test and the date before you say yes. The founder stays on architecture and the client relationship for the whole build, so you are never handed a spec and left alone.

A prototype is a draft. The work is done when the client's team is running the system without us.
We work in short engagements
Three to six weeks, one client, one workflow, a success test agreed before anyone starts.
You own what you build
Your name is on the documentation and the recorded walkthrough that goes to the client.
